During Nintendo’s recent earnings release, the company had a list of games on the horizon. Included in the lineup was the Pokemon RPG for Switch, which was listed as “2018 or later”. What this likely points to is an aimed release in 2018, but the company wants to ensure that the title will be ready for launch before officially dating it.

Additionaly, Metroid Prime 4 was on the list, and it didn’t even get 2018 mentioned. TBD was the release window for Samus’ next outing, which points to a probable release after 2018.
