Pokemon Sword and Shield sales 16 million

A new item distribution is available in Pokémon Sword and Shield, but players only have until August 2 to grab their prize. This time, players can use the code PC4F1NALSBEAST (the code was unveiled during a Pokémon Players Cup IV stream) to claim a lovely Beast Ball. A Beast Ball, which is a ball used to capture Ultra Beasts, is a pretty sweet prize considering the low cost of entry (for those who are not sure, you just have to load up the Mystery Gift box and input the code before time runs out).

Pokémon Sword and Shield developer Game Freak has certainly run a few more enticing promotions, such as this one from October of last year where players were able to claim up to eight unique Pikachu. However, a free Beast Ball is still nothing to turn up your nose at, which is why you should think about popping in your copy of Pokémon Sword and Shield and picking one up for yourself.

Are you still playing Pokémon Sword and Shield? How do you feel about a Beast Ball promotion – are they not worth your time at all, or can you see how you might be able to put one of these bad boys to good use? Let us know in the comments below.
