Pokémon Unite players always ask for buffs, nerfs, and everything in-between, but the star Pokémon and only Pokémon to get buffed in the latest update is the Supporter Blissey.
The update (Ver. 18.104.22.168) is mostly about Blissey, who was added last month as the game’s fourth Supporter character. Blissey excels at supporting allies with the ability to restore HP and cure status conditions. It is also able to power up allies, making it a great choice for Supporter. The new update essentially made Blissey a lot more difficult to take down with added Sp. Def to its base stats. Safeguard and Safeguard+ were also expanded with added effects and reduced cooldowns, among other upgrades.
Check out the full patch notes for the Pokemon Unite Blissey buffs update below:
The following stats have been increased:
- Sp. Def
- Removes all status conditions from the user and the designated ally Pokémon and grants both Pokémon a shield. While these shields are active, the shielded Pokémon become immune to hindrances.
- Cooldown reduced.
- Area of effect increased.
- Upgrade: Increases the amount of damage nullified by the shield effect.
The update also added bug fixes, text fixes, and shop updates.
Pokémon Unite is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch. The mobile version launches on Sept. 22. In case you missed it, Blastoise joined the roster earlier this month.
