Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness merchandise

This year is the 25th anniversary of the Resident Evil series, and Capcom is celebrating in a grandiose manner. Obviously, Resident Evil Village, the latest mainline entry in the long-running series, has been the main event lately. However, Resident Evil fans still have plenty to look forward to. One of these exciting things is the upcoming Netflix series, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. We have had a few trailers for the upcoming escapades of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, and via Siliconera, now some Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness merchandise has been revealed for Japan.

There are two hats available, one with a Biohazard: Infinite Darkness (Biohazard being the Japanese name of the series) logo on it, and another with the Maddogs crest, which also features the logo. Secondly, there are some Infinite Darkness Smart Key Cases, each with their own unique design based around the series. One of them is bright red and portrays Alien Coffee, sounds delicious. These are nice, but they are not the main event. Cocalero, a popular herbal spirit in Japan, is collaborating with Capcom to release a limited-edition bottle advertising Infinite Darkness.

Here is a closer look at the Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness merchandise:

The hats will be available in Japanese game centers and online crane services at the start of August 2021. The key cases will also be available in those locations but will be releasing earlier in mid-July 2021. Intrepid Spirits, the producer of the limited edition Cocalero spirit, will sell the liquor in July through Rakuten and at retailers. Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will be available to watch on Netflix starting July 8, 2021. There is also Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, a live-action reboot of the movie franchise, arriving in December 2021.
