Atlus has released the latest trailer for the highly anticipated Shin Megami Tensei V, focusing on the Nintendo Switch RPG’s story.
In Shin Megami Tensei V, the protagonist is a “Nahobino,” a unique race described as neither human nor demon. Set in a world without its creator, the Nahobino and friends must decide what is worth saving and sacrificing. Players will come across many tragic choices, as expected from an SMT game. Will you decide to pursue light or turn to darkness while searching for a role in the new world?
Battles revolve around the Press Turn Battle System. It’s a similar system to what we’ve seen in previous Shin Megami Tensei games, which involves hitting enemy weaknesses to perform consecutive actions. The RPG will also offer negotiations to recruit demons into your party, making it possible to turn formidable foes into powerful allies.
