As promised, Nintendo has now begun shipping out the new NES controllers for the Switch. These controllers are available exclusively to subscribers of the Nintendo Switch Online service, which launched back in September. These controllers are meant to accompany the growing collection of ‘free’ NES games that are included with every subscription via an app called: “Nintendo Entertainment System — Nintendo Switch Online.”

Unlike traditional NES controllers or the ones that come with the NES Classic Edition, these Switch-style NES controllers are fully wireless and charge by being attached to the sides of the console, just like the Joy-Con.

If you’d like to pick up a pair for yourself, they’re available for $60. But, if you paid for the $20 annual Switch Online membership, realistically that means they cost $80.
