Steve guide for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Master the Steve moveset guide competitive play

After years of rumors, Steve of Minecraft fame has finally joined Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and as of today, he’s now available to play. He’s quite a unique fighter, that much is for sure. If you’ve had the chance to try him out, what do you think of his playstyle? Will you be adding him to your rotation, or is he a temporary novelty? How about his stage?

Personally, I’m a fan of every strange, individualized moveset that makes it into Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Steve gets my praise for that reason alone. I don’t really click with him, so I don’t see him entering my main rotunda of fighters, but I will certainly take him for a spin every now and then just to keep things fresh. He’s the fun sort of character that I’ll race to grab whenever the roster starts to thin in Smashdown.

How do you feel about Steve diving into the fray in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? Is he your new main, or have you already set your sights on the next DLC fighter? Let us know what you think about Steve and what your hopes are for the rest of the DLC in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in the comment section below.
