ubisoft action adventure sale

As the COVID-19 pandemic keeps us indoors, gaming has certainly become one of the easiest ways to pass the time. Even better? Gaming on a budget! If you’re looking to dive into new action or adventure games on the cheap, Ubisoft is hosting a sale on a good bunch of their Nintendo Switch software on the eShop. For convenience’s sake, we’ll also list file sizes so you’re aware of how much hard drive or microSD space each title will eat up.

If you want my personal recommendation, I would highly suggest Rayman Legends. The game’s UbiArt Framework engine (shared with Child of Light and Valiant Hearts) lends itself to some wild and wonderful artwork, complete with comedic slapstick, a banging soundtrack, and a ton of extra unlockable levels pulled from its immediate predecessor, Rayman Origins. Now if only we had a (non-mobile) Rayman sequel on the way…

That said, if these games don’t suit your fancy, there are a handful of other notable sales on the eShop. NIS America is hosting a Golden Week sale until May 10, 11:59 Pacific time, including franchises like Disgaea, Touhou, and Ys. Deadly Premonition Origins is also half-price with its sequel on the way in July. Finally, to celebrate May the Fourth, Star Wars: Jedi Knight, its sequel, and Star Wars Pinball are also on sale until midnight tonight, Pacific time.

Which action or adventure Ubisoft game might you pick up from this sale before it wraps up on May 11? Let us know in the comments.
