The weekend is well underway, and for many of us, that means we have finally been able to kick back and spend some quality time gaming. What does that entail for you? Whether you’re knee-deep in the latest release or cruising through your backlog, let’s hear what you’ve got planned.

After grabbing a few collectibles in the always-entertaining Luigi’s Mansion 3, I’ve jumped back into Yoshi’s Crafted World. Since I am embedded in the thick of finals season right now, I wanted something relaxing to cool off with during study breaks. Yoshi’s Crafted World has been exactly that thus far. The game is pretty easy, and it’s just a joy to play. Whenever I am craving a scintilla of a challenge, there are tons of secrets to uncover in every level. It also heavily borrows from one of my childhood favorite N64 games, Yoshi’s Story, in its aesthetic and gameplay. That’s another big plus for me. Overall, it’s quite a satisfying experience, and I can’t wait to play more.

What are you working on this weekend? Are you catching up on a recent release such as Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order? Are you blowing off some steam with a recent Black Friday pick-up? Or are you just doing some good old-fashioned backlogging? Sound off with your plans in the comments.
