Animal Crossing: New Horizons

The weekend is done with, but hopefully, many of us were able to sink our teeth into a game or two – if you weren’t already rolling in free time from a lockdown, that is. What did the weekend entail for you? Whether you were knee-deep in the latest release or cruising through your backlog, let’s hear what you got done.

I revisited my Animal Crossing: New Horizons island for the first time in a while. It was mostly just to hang out with my sister on her island, but it was also good to check up on my place and make sure that the residents hadn’t fallen into anarchy without my guidance. It’s a fun game that I’d love to sink more time into soon. I could definitely spend a lot more time tweaking and designing the island – most of the time I’ve spent with Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been paying off loans and recruiting villagers. I don’t think I’ll dive all the way back in any time soon, but it’s an idea in the back of my head.

What did you work on this weekend? Are you playing a brand new game, or are you just doing some good old-fashioned backlogging? Let us hear what you got up to in the comments.
