coral-color-nintendo-switch-lite

Today, Nintendo revealed a lovely coral Switch Lite that got me thinking about the mesmerizing array of available Switch Lite colors. While there are no colorful, swappable Joy-Con combinations on the Switch Lite, the compact little system’s base color schemes are much more dazzling than the plain black of its older sibling. Nintendo has no reason to stop at coral, which begs the question: what color will they make next? What color do you want them to make next?

I’d love to see a throwback to the GameBoy days with the return of Atomic Purple.  Translucent systems and controllers are a ton of fun, and it’d be awesome for Nintendo to bring that style back. I’d be tempted by a lot of different colors and designs, though. Anything purple, really, is a major draw. I’d also love to see some of the glossy finishes we had with the original 3DS, or a solid white console.

What color scheme would you like to see on the next iteration of the Switch Lite? Would you enjoy some retro throwbacks like me, something totally new, or are you too impressed with the new coral to care? Tell us what you think in the comments!
