Yoshi’s Crafted World will release next month on the Nintendo Switch, March 29. Developed by Good-Feel, the game will feature 2D platforming similar to Yoshi’s Woolly Worldand undoubtedly plays up its crafting experience through aesthetics. Crafted World’s demo was released this past Friday and it showed off what we can expect in Yoshi’s latest adventure.

As GameInformer points out in the above video, Yoshi’s Crafted World is more concerned with collecting items than traditional platforming action. Also of note is the game’s unique ability to flip perspectives, allowing players to see behind objects at will. Similar to Kirby’s Epic Yarn, the title’s difficulty will be a bit too lax for non-casual gamers. Surprisingly, as Digital Foundry points out, Crafted World is officially the first Nintendo game to be developed using the Unreal 4 Engine.

Nintendo Switch owners who’d like to try the title before release can download a demo at Nintendo’s eShop. The game is available for pre-order at Nintendo’s U.K. store, bundled with an awesome Yoshi egg-shell backpack. Amazon Japan also has the title bundled with 10 (that’s a lot) Yoshi plushies, with worldwide shipping. For those who are counting, this is the eighth Yoshi game Nintendo has released.
